Message from Our
Co-Founder & CEO
Keshav Kumar, Co-Founder and CEO of Staybly, comes from Bihar and has always been driven by big dreams and a strong sense of purpose. Like many young aspirants, he aimed for the IITs, but when life took a different turn and he could not qualify for JEE Advanced, he embraced new paths. His journey eventually led him to pursue an MBA in International Business at the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.
Through these experiences, Keshav learned that challenges are not the end but stepping stones. With determination and vision, he turned setbacks into opportunities. This belief became the foundation of the Staybly platform, built to make home renting simple, transparent, and stress-free.
Under his leadership, Staybly goes beyond being just a rental platform. It connects tenants and property owners directly, removing confusion and creating trust, speed, and convenience in the rental journey. His vision also looks ahead, expanding Staybly into services like digital rental agreements, property maintenance, and relocation support to build a complete ecosystem for smart living.
Rooted in his identity as a proud Bihari, Keshav feels a deep responsibility to contribute to society and create opportunities in his home state. He strongly supports the “Made in India” vision and believes innovation from within our own communities can bring meaningful change.

Vikrant Chaudhary - Director and CFO
He comes with strong entrepreneurial skills and a passion for building ideas into reality. Vikrant believes every problem is an opportunity waiting to be solved. At Staybly, he manages the financial planning and ensures stability for future growth. He is known for his ability to take bold decisions with a practical mindset. Vikrant has always been curious about startups and business building from a young age. He believes in teamwork and values the power of collaboration. His leadership style is simple: stay focused, stay honest, and keep learning. Vikrant's vision is to make Staybly financially strong while serving people with trust. With his dedication, he plays a key role in shaping the journey of Staybly.
Shivam Kumar - Head of Operations
He is responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly on the ground. From handling daily processes to solving challenges, he ensures efficiency in every step. Shivam has a problem-solving mindset and believes in getting things done on time. He focuses on creating simple and practical solutions for both tenants and owners. His strength lies in managing people, resources, and situations with balance. Shivam always looks for ways to improve the customer experience. He believes operations are the backbone of any startup’s success. With his dedication, Staybly is able to deliver services with speed and trust. He plays a key role in turning ideas into real action every day.
Keshav Kashyap – Head of HR
At Staybly, Kashyap leads Human Resources with a focus on people and culture. He ensures that the company builds a strong team and maintains a positive work environment where everyone feels supported and motivated.
